Engagement Scope
1. Services Provided
Final Ratio Consulting LLC offers tailored business consulting, advisory, and facilitation services. The scope, duration, and cost are outlined in formal agreements, proposals, or invoices.
2. Third-Party Coordination
We may act on your behalf when dealing with third parties, such as government authorities. We do not influence or guarantee decisions made by these entities.
Our Commitments and Disclaimers
1. Service Standards
We commit to providing services with professionalism and in accordance with UAE laws and industry standards.
2. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party decisions.
3. Information and Updates
We strive to provide clear and accurate service details. Regulatory changes beyond our control may affect this.
4.Third-Party Adjustments
We will notify you of any third-party fee or policy changes after an agreement has been signed. However, such changes are not our responsibility.
5. Onboarding and KYC Compliance
Clients must submit necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. We reserve the right to terminate services or reject applications for non-compliance or risk-based concerns.
Client Responsibilities
1. Legal Compliance
Clients must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from unethical conduct.
2. Service Usage
Our services are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. Documentation and Payment
Clients must provide accurate information and make timely payments. Delays may impact service timelines.
4. Third-Party Terms
Clients must adhere to policies of third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party performance.
5. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Final Ratio Consulting LLC against losses arising from changes in service terms or external circumstances.
Payment Terms
1. Advance Payments
Full payment is generally required before services begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Invoices and Fee Structure
Invoices must be paid according to specified terms. Any fee adjustments due to scope changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Third-Party Charges
You are responsible for additional third-party fees. These may be paid on your behalf and invoiced separately.
Deferred Payments
1. Eligibility and Conditions
Deferred payments are subject to approval and may include post-dated cheques or guarantees.
2. Fees and Penalties
Late payment deferrals attract a 10% monthly fee. Repeated deferrals may lead to additional penalties.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation must be made in writing. Once service delivery begins, full or partial refunds may not be issued.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for services not commenced. Government or third-party expenses are non-refundable. A 15% admin fee or AED 1,050 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
3. Forfeiture Clause
Failure to proceed within two months from payment date results in forfeiture, unless due to force majeure (with timely written notice).
Exit and License Termination
1. License Transfer or Cancellation
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) for self-handling or third-party transfer will incur a AED 5,000 fee.
2. Documentation and Final Payments
Original documents must be returned. Pending payments must be settled before service termination.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages). Services will resume once conditions normalize.
Website Use and Legal Disclaimer
10.1 Acceptance of Use
By using our site or services, you accept these terms. Continued use implies agreement to any future modifications.

11. Timelines for Services
Business License: 5–7 working days
Establishment Card & E-Channel: 4 working days post-license
Entry Permit: 3–4 working days
Visa Change Status: 1–2 days (in-country only)
Medical & Biometrics: 3–4 working days (subject to ICP approval)
Visa Stamping: 2–3 working days
Emirates ID Delivery: 3–4 working days
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion within 14 days of notice. Jurisdiction lies with Dubai Courts. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief for IP violations.
14. Updates and Effective Date
These Terms are effective from 1st January, 2025 and may be updated at our discretion. Continued use of our services implies agreement to any updated terms.
